Rasist

We booked an Valentine at DKH private resort, got there the room looks not good doesn't even looks like on there website. The owner Shaan is an Rasist told us we are poor white people and said he will desides if he is going to pay as full refund or just the half. He was swearing at us. We only complained about the place we stayed. He screamed at us and said we must leave the resort because he is boiling inside. All we wanted was our refund. I will never recommend people to go to that resort. He said if you want luxury you can pay me R4000 on his webpage says luxury accommodation and patio looking over the garden there is no garden only horse stals.
