DK PROPERTY GROUP WONT PAY US BACK OUR MONEY

We purchased land through the DK property group for R35 000.00 we signed the sale agreement on the 22 July 2015 and paid in the total cash amount through their trust fund account on the 23 July 2015. After following up with the agent K****tso regarding us going to sign with the conveyancer we discovered that the conveyancer on the sale agreement contract was never contacted and would not deal with our sale. We took the matter up to David the principal who tried intervening but the matter hanged. After the meeting with David the principal everything went to a stand still. When we called David and K****tso there was no answer we then called Brian Dube for help but he also couldn't help. We smsed, wrote emails and even what's apped, but there was no response. After pestering DK Property we eventually received an email confirmation from them that they would refund us, but this has still not happened. People out there must be aware of this company's business ethic. It has been a long battle between us and this company to get our money back and the DK Property Group must be known by everyone who in future would like or want to do business with them.
