Mr price employee complaint

To whom it may concern I would like to submit a formal complaint about one of the store manager for Mr price 241 Kempton - CBD 89 Kempton Square, 89 Central Kempton Park Today at around 12:20 Today i went to Mr Price shopping for my winter clothes and there was this guy whom I chatted with for a bit about Fashion and then he left. Then I went to mens Dept looking for a sweater and there was this lady who was giving me this 'I dont want you here look' and she came around me giving me a stink look and then went to talk about me to the security at the door and i saw them looking at me. So i tried to check on myself to see if there's anything wrong with me. I went to the store manager Catherine Zulu and politely asked her is there because I thought there might be something wrong and she rudely responded to me and said 'ayifuni wena leyo' with a stink face and she kept talking to her colleagues and looking at me. So i kept asking myself why is this lady treats me like this What did I do? I continued with my shopping as sad as I was and I spoke to 2 other Mr Price to report the matter and the lady didnt apologized or show any remorseful towards her behavior and felt so embarrassed and i got emotional as her other colleagues said that's just how she is and she a store Manager so there's nothing they can do. Im glad they did tried to calm me down and gave me comfort. As a retail store your principle is making sure that customers they feel happy and satisfied when they leave your shop but that wasn't the case instead this lady ruined my day.
