DO NOT USE - they're a joke
This company is the absolute Pits. We live in short way outside a small town. I order an item on one day only and their courier partner happened to be this company. I get a phone call from the lady saying can i come to town to fetch my parcel. I was in cape town so that wasnt possible. A couple of days later i get a message said parcel has been delivered, I check with my staff - nothing has been delivered. After several back and forth with the courier company that contracted these guys, they say here is the waybill and close the matter. After further complaints and saying that is not my signature or any of my staff they eventually get back to me saying this courier company delivered it somewhere in town. Eventually they tell me they will send the guy who delivered it to where he delivered it and collect it again and I must come and fetch it. They call me when I am busy cooking lunch and say they will absolutley not come to our farm, 6km from town on a public road that every other courier company uses and my husband asks them to deliver it to the golf club then we cant come now. It remains to be seen if it gets left at the golf club or the incapability of this company continues. How delivering a parcel to an address that is not the correct address and then telling the person it has been delivered and not tell them where. What a joke.
