Terrible Service and False Advertising

We were on our way to the driving range at Waterkloof Golf Estate on a Sunday afternoon. It seems that the Driving Range is managed by DK Burger as the opening and closing times are displayed on their board at the entrance and one needs to pay and collect the ***** at their counter. The board clearly states that the driving range is open until sunset and the Waterkloof Golf Club's website expressly states that the range is open until 17:30. We arrived at 16:15 - well before the closing time advertised. When we got to the counter, we were rudely advised that they close at 16:00 and in any event did not have any *****..... When we advised them that the website states differently, they once again just stated that they close at 4pm without trying to accommodate us at all. I am truly disappointed in the attitude of the staff members at DK Burger and the disregard for customers' needs. I expected better and will not be visiting again.
