Rent refund not paid for two months

I have rented a Unit at DJV Properties in 2023 they received my deposit and I stayed for one year. After I have vacated the premises I asked for my deposit refund. They have delayed for about a month to get back informing me that they are busy with reconciliation of my account. I then drawn bank statements and forwarded them to speed up the process. They finally sent a statement showinng my account sratis and the amount to be refunded. I called Hannes Dupper the director at DJV Properties he promised to pay by Friday first week of July. I have copied my attorney each time I'm reminding them. Up to now no refund has been effected. My calls are blocked even their manager Stefan blocked my number when I tried to ask for reasons they are no longer updating me. So be carefully of your agent for rentals. I haven't received my deposit despite all the efforts made to assist in reconciliation and follow ups.
