Poor service/Possible **** site?

I ordered an ultrasound machine from DJmedquip which is apparently the same shop in June, but have until now received no formal receipt of payment or follow up of progress of the order from Christoff who works there. I have since emailed this company, was informed by Hennelie who apparently works with Dieter that Christoff no longer works there. Hennelie also appears to have no knowledge of the order and is really slow to respond. I am in the process of liasing with the Consumer Protector regarding this "company". There is concern that they may be a bogus or **** site. Be warned before parting with your money or ask me of the outcome first before ordering anything from them.
