DJL S**** Service

I have never heard a guy with so many excuses & empty promises. Supposed to come and collect recycling at your house and pay on the spot. From he have to be on court, to broken car, to stroke, to I'm too busy, to driver resigned. My problem is why don't he work on appointments and also tell other peole to wait. Then when I asked him last time is he again are not coming after arrangements were made he send me 16x photo's of ahim being in an accident. Don't actually believe him because there was so many stories already. Also when I went on CIPC to check the business I saw he is not even registered.
