********* BUSINESS CONDUCT

I contacted the DJK Services for an installation quote for a newly built house, the company webpage states that they are no call-out fees, but the electrician wanted to charge me a fee that would be deducted if I accept his quote. When I stated that his website stated "no callout fee" he got very aggressive. and told me that it was not a call-out fee but an "assessment fee". I went on to explain that I have already paid for an assessment and I could send the report to him as a point of reference to eliminate me being charged twice for the same thing, he got even more irate and said that was ********* and I just wanted to use his quote to get a better price. I was extremely offended and startled by his response. As a woman, I am still shaken up by having a grown man shout over the phone all because I wanted to do business with him. I don't know if it was my race or *** that offended him but Mr. electrician, YOUR CHARACTER AS A WHOLE IS *********! please be warned when doing business with this company, they will create loopholes to create more work to get your hard-earned money. .
