I communicated with Rene that I would complete some of the work myself and that they could come and complete the rest and issue he certificate. He agreed to return on Monday.<br> <br> Over the weekend I purchased materials from a local hardware store totalling R514 for some of the repairs. It took me 3 hours to complete the work as a layman.<br> <br> For the rest of the week Rene was making appointments and not keeping them. Leaving me waiting up until 9pm, promising to come and not returning my phone calls. Later he rep**** that they could not issue the certificate because they did not do all the work. Stating that \"they charge so little because they always find something wrong and then make their money from that\".<br> <br> They refused to inspect the property again, saying, \"I must issue my own COC\", essentially holding me for ransom to their quote as they already claimed R450.<br> "
