Avoid this **** company. They don't even deserve this one star!
I've always bosted and declared that I'm very wakey for ****s and that I will never fall for it. Well, well, well… Never say never. I’ve been fooled. It’s actually a compliment for whoever is running this **** site that they doing a real excellent job of getting people like me to part ways with my hardearned money just like that.
I would usually check out sites like hellopeter but how I wish that I did so this time as well!
So, yes I've met the same fate that the last two reviewers have.
May the wheels of justice turn very fast for these guys.

I was completely wrong in my expectations but also not without good reason... I panicked after days of placing my order and the order status only showed "Processing". I have placed many online orders across various sites in the past and have never seen this status. Also, with all my previous online orders you would usually see an estimated delivery time or time frame and this site did not even have that detail. Even more worrisome was the fact that when I left a message on their Whatsapp business number I did not get an automated response as one would normally expect from a Business Whatsapp number. This was also my first time ordering from them...
So, when I did not get a response in 2 hours after leaving 3 unanswered messages this horrible feeling came up in my stomach and when I decided to go an look at online reviews I came to the conclusion that I became a victim of a ****. Not a nice feeling.
I decided to take my loss and placed an order with another company for the same product because I needed it for an upcoming production.
However almost three hours later I received an unexpectant response via their Whatsapp Business number. I was still not 100 percent convinced that I'm dealing with professionals because the language they used wasn't the standard business language. I just acknowledged the response. 30 minutes later I received another pleasant surprise... and update regarding my package!
With the link provided I could track my order... Yet not very convinced I kept checking the site.
Low and behold... the same day I received updates from the courier company (also not a very fami**** company and also my first time hearing about this company). Their reviews were also very very bad and this once again made me feel worried with a now increasing scientism. However this courier company kept me in the loop which even the next day as well; constant updates.
I couldn't believe it when the courier company delivered my package. So, apologies for placing this bad review out of pure frustration and panic and based on the other reviews.
I hope Hellopeter can update this review to reflect that I'm now a happy customer but I also hope that this company can take lessons from my experience and improve customer confidence starting with their online ordering platform and communications.
