We attempted to buy a product online (www.djistore.co.za autoforwards to https://www.djiauthorisedretailer.co.za/) and paid by EFT. Weeks later order tracking says that funds have not been received. We tried contacting them by phone, email and their online form but there is no answer. This is a **** and must be avoided.

08 Jan 2021, 11:49Amazingly, and I think coincidentally, the product arrived yesterday, the day after my review. They're still not answering their phone, email or online form, but they did (eventually) deliver the product.
