No response for DJI South Africa

DJI South Africa online. Please be warned. There is no support and no contact as the number just rings . I received half my order and trying to get a refund is like pulling your teeth out. No responses and scary to think you left helpless. After 20 emails to them I got a response from another person trying to help. My advice is be careful if you don’t know the store or can’t get them online. Takealot is setting the example to shop online. It just works
