Great after sales service

I'm quite happy with the service and especially the DJI Care Refresh plan. Recently I had an "inevitable" crash with my mavic air. But the DJI care plan really saved me big time! The assessment of damage and replacement of the unit took only 7 days. Very helpful customer service!
