DJI IS NO GOOD SOFTWARE ERROR MAKES THERE DRONES FLY AWAY

last week my DJI MAVIC MINI went missing at a range of 1km at a Hight of 59m lost signal in a open field at Meyerton with no wind at all went to look for the drone after 5 minutes but was missing phoned DJI support to ask them what happened their reply is sorry you need to buy another drone i asked them if they are mad as i just lost a drone that cost thousands of Rands i told them i will give them the flight log to review they said they will still not replace the drone even if it was a software error on there side so please be careful as this company don't care about its customers they have programed some drone software to make the drones fly away so that you can buy another drone its there way of making money i say get out of South Africa like USA did as they found spy ware on the DJI equipment never will i buy this product again THE FACT THEY WHERE NOT EVEN PREPARED TO LOOK AT MY FLIGHT RECORD SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE MISTAKES TO HIDE WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE RETURN HOME FUNCTION WE ALL BUY THIS PRODUCT AND SPEND ALOT OF MONEY BECAUSE WE THINK THE DRONE WILL RETURN AS IT IS DESCRIBED BY DJI BUT IT IS ALL LIES GET OUT ASAP DJI BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS
