Verbal assault over money not due

I was verbally assaulted demanding payment for plumbing work not completed with shouting, screaming and waving fingers in my face. Told I would get beaten up just like the people at a Mooikloof site. Estate security had to rescue me from my garage, trapped by father and son. They claimed they would complete outstanding plumbing the next day, which took the replacement plumbers THREE weeks of full days every day 8-5 pm of the week. To top it off, all my expensive taps have their red and blue water pipes the wrong way round. No guarantees! No recourse! Rather get someone professional and stay away from bakkie-outfits.
