DJ Vervoer - BEWARE

Owner of the company is based in Carletonville / Fochville. Dirk Otto. His mother is doing advertising on his behalf. BEWARE!!!!! They have sent me a quote, paid the deposit. Arrived on time, driver of the truck very friendly and capable. Loaded all our furniture on the truck. When the time came to leave with all our furniture, on route to our new house, just outside the complex of our old house, the truck had a break down. After inspection on the truck, we realized that there is no visible license disk, driver of the truck is not a SA citizen, doesn’t have a drivers license. Then called the “broker” Hester Le Grange / Hes Le Grange / Hester Catharina le Grange ( there’s about 4 different facebook accounts of her. Told her about the problem, she said she will call the owner of the company - who turned out to be her son. Waited about a half an hour, no phone call from one of them. Tried calling them again, both their phones are on voicmail. After about another hour, police drove past, imponded the truck (our furniture is still on the truck at this time) , truck not roadworthy, license fees are behind a couple of months - we had to arrange alternative transport for all our furniture, and had to pay someone else to do the job - again. 14 Months later - no refund was made. They are very arrogant, said the never refused service, we rejected service. How is it possible for us to “reject” their service, if their truck was impounded by the SAPS. The “Broker” Hes Le Grange and her family threatens us, sends terrible messages etc. As if we are the bad ones in this situation. Im not the only one to complain about this “Company”!! Please do not do business with these people - STAY AWAY!!!!
