Failure to deliver

I bought a stethoscope and a name tag from an online shop (DJ Stethshop- & liased with Dieter van der Westhuizen ) last year October (2016). I made full payment for the stethoscope , the name tag and for postage, but only the stethoscope was couried. I have sent emails to Dieter, he responded to the first one and said he would courier the name tag to me ASAP and even promised to engrave my name on it for free. I have waited since, it will be a year next month. I am very disappointed at how DJ stethshop (www.djstethshop.co.za) conduct their business. Its dishonourable and dishonest and would therefore like to warn other potential consumers of this online shop.
