Poor and bad service

The quotation from DJ Removals included packaging material, this was telephonic-ally confirmed prior to the removal taking place. On arrival there was no boxes for clothing, a couple of second hand boxes from grocery store. not nearly enough for a four bedroom house as per the inventory submitted to Africa van lines. The removal truck was suppose to arrive on the 8rd of June - it only arrived on the 10th. It took the crew 14 hours to load the vehicle- also asking the client to provide food for lunch. and place to whas. There is various items damaged as it was not loaded/secured correctly. It looks as if some of the crew slept and ate on the leather lounge furniture (oily and dirty). the three seater couch has scratch marks on as it rubbed against something else. The lounge was not covered with plastic covers. Various phone calls were made to sort the problem out,but nothing!! The manager (Dirk) was contacted and asked to send an assessor to assess the damaged items. Insurance on the items where included on the quotation. We are not getting a response from the company as promised. Be extremely carefull when considering this removal company!!!!!
