Not keeping to booking!

Each time we make a booking with DJ Removals they offer a time, you accept the time, confirm it, make the payment with them and start to make arrangements for the move. They then call you to apologise for double booking, or the truck broke down, and tell you they can't accommodate you when they orginally said they could, but can offer you a time that is days away from when you requested.

They have done this to me on two different occassions and their excuses and apologies were exactly the same it seems like they were scripted.

There is no way on earth that I would even bother trying their service as they can't even make a booking honestly.
