Bad Bad Bad!!!!

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service which has been received from this company.

I would like to make it incredibly clear that I will not suggest this company to anyone as a pure lack of communication as well planning is shocking. Unfortunately, I cannot withdraw from the services as the deposit has already been paid.

I have been left for a week without my furniture which means I can not reside in the property which I have already paid rent for. My lease has ended in GHT and you have further inconvenienced me by causing the furniture to stay in that residence for an overdue period of a week.

The level of service is unacceptable and I do not understand how anyone within this company expects to run a positive business with the current structure and attitude which is being employed.

I will encourage all national moving individuals to abstain from this service as you clearly do not understand the manner in which a client should be dealt with.
