I was shamelessly sent an invoice after DJ plumbing rejected the job, after name calling and after improperly diagnosing as a leak in the geyser when it was infact a burst geyser and burst pipe . It was later diagnosed properly by insurance partners who are COC compliant and subsequently DJ sent me an amended investigation report stating a burst geyser. DJ plumbing is in my opinion unprofessional, *********** at diagnosis and offers poor customer service. I also question their principles because work was done at 2 other different units in the same complex on the same day till 4pm yet I was sent a call out invoice for the full amount whereas it should be shared as he did work on other units at my same location.

In my prior review, I detailed the unprofessional conduct, incompetence in diagnosis, and poor customer service I encountered with DJ Plumbing. Regrettably, my interaction with them took a turn for the worse.
After DJ Plumbing rejected the job, resorted to name-calling, and provided an inaccurate diagnosis (labeling it as a geyser leak when it was, in fact, a burst geyser and pipe), I sought a second opinion. This second opinion, from insurance partners who are Compliance Certificate (COC) compliant, correctly identified the issue as a burst geyser.
I have further concerns regarding DJ Plumbing's ethical principles. On the same day, until 4 PM, they conducted work on two other units within my complex. Despite this shared work location, I received a call-out invoice for the full amount, which I believe should have been shared among the units where work was performed.
To my astonishment, DJ Plumbing took the extraordinary step of including the invoice amount in my levy statement. Subsequently, they involved their accounts department, resulting in persistent harassment tactics to compel immediate payment.
This experience has left me profoundly disheartened. It is disheartening to have paid for services that were inadequately provided, particularly after enduring disrespectful treatment alongside my partner.
In light of these troubling developments, I stand by my original review and feel it is essential to share this follow-up to provide a comprehensive view of my experience with DJ Plumbing.
