The worst online experience you'll ever have in South Africa.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had regarding online sales. I spoke to Dave, I spoke to a couple other sales guys. I was trying to order a cable for my studio monitors and told them I live in Cape Town and would like to order online. They kept saying email, which was never ever checked or come to the store, which is funny because I clearly stated I live in Cape Town. Unless they're crazy enough to assume I'd fly to Joburg during the middle of a pandemic for a couple cables. I would not be surprised with this level of incompetence. Dave eventually organized a cable for me through whatsapp, but then told me to go through the tedious email process again, in which after several days of waiting... I got this reply " Please come into the store we have a variety of cables. " seriously.... I told them exactly what i need and who sent me.... what a joke. I'll take my business elsewhere.
