Bad service

Hi. I'm experiencing the worst service ever by this Shop. I have purchased a product called denon Ds1 which I found out on myself that it is not compatible with my laptop(MacBook), when i ask them for assistance it's when the trouble started. I have not received any proper feedback or assistance.

I would like to be assisted by you guys in getting a way forward.
