Bad Attitude, *****, *******, Unprofessional

I have had a horrible experience with this DJ company - Dirk specifically. We cancelled our wedding in the western cape as we needed to move it to Gauteng, 8 months prior to our original wedding date. I asked Dirk for a refund on the deposit I paid - and after having to chase after him, he said that our deposit was non-refundable - even though there is nothing stating that it is non-refundable. My attorney contacted him and all of a sudden said he would refund 60% now and when he gets someone booked on that day, will refund the rest(After shouting at my attorney and putting the phone down her ear...?). After I decided i will accept that as I was not in the mood for fighting further, i sent him a mail providing my bank details - I again needed to chase him, and advised that I would need to take this further if he does not provided feedback. He then all of a sudden said he will not be refunding anything due to me \threatening"him. I have decided to just leave it as is and not fight over a silly little R2000.I have spent enough on attorney fees and is pointless on this shmuck<br> <br> Do NOT deal with this company - rather spend more money on a decent"
