**** du Plessis at DJ Electrical does not provide after-service support

**** du Plessis works as an electrical contractor in and around Pretoria under the name DJ Electrical. He quoted me for electrical work in August 2017. I accepted the quote and he delivered the work as per the quote. Shortly after he finished, we experienced some problems with his work. We informed him via telephone immediately and he acknowledged and said that he would fix the problems as soon as possible. After several calls, SMS/whatsapp and email attempts, we eventually reached him and he now claims the work is no longer under guarantee, even though we immediately made him aware of the problem. Warning to all potential customers of DJ Electrical, do not pay until you have tested and tested again. He will not provide after-sales service or support.
