Very, very poor service

<p>In September 2015, my husband took in our 4x4 Toyota Hilux for a conversion. For the past year we have heard every excuse in the book why our car is still out of commission. Four months ago we really started putting on the pressure. We were invited to me brother 's wedding and the place where we booked in were not accessible for my small Toyota Aygo. We gave him four months to speed up his work. He could not meet the deadline and we badly damaged our friend's car that we borrowed. We had to literally get out and walk at places to navigate the car through. When he did not finish the work in time for this very important deadline, I told my husband now he will not see a reason to rush anymore. Lo and behold, this week my husband was informed by him that the car's engine seized. He said we can have her by Wednesday, but he's been saying that weekly for the past year and we still don't have our car. We stay 40km from the nearest town which makes it very hard on us to only have one car. My car is driven between 40 and 80 km's per day to school and back and hasn't been serviced once since the owner of DJ Auto got his hands on the bakkie over a year ago. We simply have no alternate transport to deal with issues on my car. I feel this is unacceptable. Nobody takes a year to convert a bakkie. If you can't do the job, don't accept payment for it. Most importantly, don't keep a customer hanging for over a year. Is there any way that Hello Peter can get us our vehicle back in full working order?</p>
