Poor service

On the 18th of April 2024 I went to this company and was told that my clutch plate needs to be replaced. The mechanic told me that he would contact me within an 1 - 1/2 hours with a quote. To date I am still waiting. Only question is if their pre-service is like this what is their after service like.
