Insect screen Fibreglass Mesh (The catalog versus the real product)

I ordered insect screen fibreglass mesh from DIYShop Hendrina, on line. I also called. The person I spoke to was named Archie, so the owner himself. The picture on the online catalog was displayed as a good quality material with reinforced edges, on a roll. The product delivered was of inferior quality and very thin, obviosly not what was advertised and with roughcut uneven edges, crumpled up in a old light switch box. I called the owner Archie and tried to get a civil response but he explained that it is cheap and therefore not as in the catalog, as one of his reasons, etc. and he put te phone down in anger.
