I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - RATHER STICK TO THE BUSINESSES WHO KNOW HOW ONLINE SHOPPING WORKS & TO TREAT CUSTOMERS FAIRLY!!

I purchased items, plus courier for a total R775, items R640, and requested a return as they were not as expected, they obliged and booked the courier to collect. I then received a notice that i will be refunded R494.90 which is minus both courier fees, and 2% admin fee. No where on my purchase or in my refund acceptance mail, was i notified or made aware that i would not receive the full amount for the items paid. If this is how to you want to start an online, reputable business its not the way to go about it, you need to refund your clients for the amount paid for the item/s. R640.
