Johan Kotze rented a property from me since mid 2013. In late 2014 he started missing monthly payments. In early 2015 he missed more payments. Many unkept promises and falshoods later, I learn now that he heas been sub-letting the property in the name of DIYLANDLORDS without my knowlegde to another unsuspecting tenant since Arpil 2015 and that he has racked an unpaid water and electricity account with the City of Cape Town to the tune of R 29,000 for this property. I will now proceed with a civil suit for the unpaid W&E bill, as well as ******** comlaint of *****. See you not in court, but behand bars Mr Kotze.
