Nice business straight from the get-go. Bought our Ender V2 from them and everything arrived not long after in perfect and sealed condition. Assembling a 3D printer is what it is and becoming a maker with no electronics background can be an uphill, especially if you thought that operating a 3d printer is like operating a microwave. The learning curb is what it is and there was quite a bit of frustration, but eventually I managed and by purchasing upgrades from them, the print quality has dramatically improved. Customer responses are what they are and being a sales person myself, I get it perfectly - sometimes customers must be left to learn and think for themselves - s**** feeding only creates dependency - not the correct mindset any maker or would-be maker should have. Oh, btw, guys, that C-MAGNET BED FOR CREALITY ACTUALLY WORKS FOR THE ENDER 3 V2 - JESIS THAT BED MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE! I highly recommend it, even with 0.44mm first layer height, using the leveling springs. The print quality has gone out through the roof - no more clingy support trees (CURA) and 90° overhangs come out readily perfect. eSUN filament really is the bees' knees, though we're still going to have another chat re: ideal printing surface for PET-G. Anyways, yes, I have you guys' DIY ELECTRONICS sticker on my office' cupboard door and we will be continuously supporting you okes. We're going to get our next printer from you okes too - business is booming for lack for lack of better words! Thanks Mr. Govender & the other bloke whose name I can't recall atm!
