Terrible Service, don't buy anything

I am very unhappy about the service delivered by DIY Electronics. I received faulty 3D Printer from the company and began the process of returning the 3D Printer. The company, *******ly, tried to force me to pay for the courier to return the 3D Printer. After many minutes wasted on the call, 120 minutes, teh company "decided" to pay for the courier. The courier company also dropped the ball and did not collect the parcel until the next day, the Friday. Unfortunately, DIY Electronics could not do anything about the courier company, the lady at DIY Electronics told me that the components for the 3D Printer will be received on Monday, tested and dispatched on Monday so that I could have it on Tuesday. I followed up on Monday afternoon. The parcel reached the company at 10:30. When I called the company at 15:00, they must have forgotten about the parcel because only then started to work on the issue. As a result, the parcel will only be dispatched on Tuesday to receive it possibly Wednesday.
