Pathetic don't care attitude in service
Every 6 months I buy a new 3d printer and I get rid of my old one, so I decided to do business with Diy on the 6 Jan this year bought my first printer from them all was fine well and good since they had counter service facility now you not allowed to go there, you have to make prior arrangements via email... Anyways 6 months later I buy another printer from them R6000 paid to them and qualify for free delivery I specifically mentioned that this be delivered to my work address and called a lady by the name of shanitha to FastTrack my order with her... Despite the call to them they delivered to my home address when nobody is there during the day... They then leave this 6k printer at one of the neighbors house with an old woman and done now its not there problem whether I got the printer or not!!!!. This old woman some how knows my mother who lives a road away from me and called her to come fetch this printer... My 59 year old mum had to carry this 12kg printer valued 6k on the road and bring it to my house... This is how much diy values there clients... I pay for service... Not **** delivery service Spoke to Robert there via email, I'm sure most people know who he is to this business and Lee before and they really don't have business skills...as usual they pushed the blame onto the couriers made the courier company call me to apologize... Let me remind you I don't deal with the courier guys you guys picked them as diy, I deal with you so don't make them call me to apologize when you guys at diy cannot follow a simple instruction neither has Lee or Robert contacted me To resolve this issue thank God I have not bought all 16(96k) printers ender 3 v2 which they had in stock as my wife told me to buy them all and retail them later on or else then what would be the situation of that order??? They send me mails but don't compensate me anything or a discount voucher or coupon... nothing niks... Neither a small percentage or discount on my next purchase of filament or something... Apologies means nothing to me in business, apologies are good for a social level not were hardcore business is concerned this is how they take care of there clients... Not even a call from Lee or Robert to apologize to me knowing that they make an elderly person carry(printer) there finishing off part of the business which is their responsibility... Shame on you pathetic people...you guys will get what's coming to you... Many people comment well about these people, don't be fooled, let there be a problem with your order and then you shall see their true colours of service.
