No response via email and disgusting attitude

Diy Electronics comes highly recommended from friends who have bought 3D printer and Arduino supplies from them. I needed some Raspberry Pi and Arduino goods and was looking for a local brick and mortar shop to support, (which is my policy: support local wherever possible).<br> <br> Not only was my email never rep**** to, when I finally got around to giving them a call I was connected to a very surly lady whose attitude became ever worse when her lack of product knowledge had me confused about what she was talking about. Her increasingly bad attitude led me to put the phone down as I do not deserve to be treated like trash.<br> <br> I will now place my orders with one of the plethora of online retailers who sell the same product. With the extreme difficulty brick and mortar establishments are having lately I am surprised Diy Electronics isn't putting in more effort with their customers.
