Highly Affordable or CHEAP Imports?

I have recently (10 January 2019) bought a CR 20 Pro from DIY Electronics. I received the printer on Monday, 14 January 2019 from the supplier. I was very excited about the printer. After setting the printer up, I did the BLTouch bed leveling and started to print.

It was disappointing to see that the layers were all skew. I read up on the internet and did the bed leveling again, adjusted some of the bed and extruder settings, but with no success. I contacted DIY Electronics for support and sent them the pictures of the skew layers. We tried several settings which did not help. I did more reading on 3D printer forums and some people suggested reloading the firmware. I contacted the supplier and he agreed that we should try to do a reload of the firmware. At first he sent me the firmware for the CR20. Not knowing, I loaded this version of the firmware. The screen looked very wrong and I informed the supplier. He then sent me the correct version for the CR20 Pro which I then loaded onto the printer.

The first message that I saw when I switched the printer on, was "INVALID DATA". I tried to do the bed leveling, but the BLTouch unit just flickered red. After trying to adjust the Z axis offset, the system just said "Too far". Doing an auto home moves the z-axis to about midway of the Z axis. Automatic bed leveling just responds with "Probing failed. I returned the printer to the supplier on 6 February 2019. The supplier now claims that some of the electronic components were incorrectly connected. He refuses to perform the maintenance of the machine under the warranty terms. He claims that there are damage to the electronic parts that I need to pay for. One of my work colleagues also bought a printer from DIY Electronics. Apparently a skew bed or a misaligned z axis or any other problem is due to the "highly affordable" machines that they are selling to the public. In other words, cheap imports, do not expect any service from these guys.
