Sells defective equipment and then refuses to replace or repair - we bought a Ender 3 pro 3D printer on 18/09/2019. After following set up instructions - we powered it up and the power supply started to burn and emit smoke while an oily substance leaked out of power supply. We returned the printer and was told that it was due to customer negligence and we needed to pay an additional R600 for a new power supply as it is not covered under their warrantee. purchase a new power supply. They are not willing to even consider that their machine was faulty... I mean... it blew up as it was switched on... They are refusing to speak to us telephonically. They now have the machine but if I do not pay for new parts on a machine which was purchased 24 hours ago and switched on for literally 3 seconds, I lose R4300
