Bad service in returns

I have been a loyal client to this shop for the past 3 years they realy ship fast but there was always a module that was not working but everytime I just left it as I thought mabe I dud something wrong as I was still new in electronics as I started to learn and became very good at it I started realizing that is not my fault but poor quility modules clones sold for the same value as original modules I then baught 4 hi voltage motor controlers just for incase there was any faulty ones as had to finish a project for a client and had a dead line. Non of the 4 modules worked when i sended them an e mail then a imageneer contack me and ask for photos of my setup. After I submitted the photos he had no idee how my setup worked and just reply I must refer to the schematic that's on their wepage like I'm some dum ass that does mot know what I'm doing I then investigate how could 4 modules not work then I took my electrical microscope and saw the poor soldering on the boards the components dont even conect to one anothere and some of them had mising components. I then send him the images with no response re sended and cc their info e mail they are completely ignoring me. Before I went to their shop and got simply told we not open to the publick go online I was simply there to see them about future business as im a business owner we wanted to buy in quantity and mabe get a beter price as im a distributor I simply climb in my car and drove to manthec and they were very helpfull opend up an acount and for the last 3 years I have never had any poor quality products the rep visits us ones a week and if there is any fault he comes and fetched the stock and replace them immediately no questions asked.the only reason why I still suported diy is when there is no stock avalible in durban and we have a client that needs that specific item we go out our way helping them and they would always come back to you with not a single complain on hello peiter so my conclusion is diy electronics has no costomer service exsept if they want to make a sale they must be making to much money to turn down clients and loosing them.
