100% satisfied with this company.
OK, I have seen the negative reviews, but in my opinion, this is not only a reputable fast shop, but also one who only sells inventory. THEY DO NOT SELL STOCK NOT AVAILABLE, so that is a BS story.
I have had no problems with my order (Ender 5 Pro). I paid for it, got it shipped and it arrived in 100% condition. I am from Cape Town, so getting after-sales support is not possible from Durban. I use local 3D Printing shops for that.
