Unhappy with Bloemfontein DIY

My Aunt bought a bulb years ago at DIY Bloemfontein.She asked the sales person a bulb that *****s in .At home she saw that he gave her the wrong one.She went back the bulb was not opened but they refused to exchanged it for the correct one.Until today she never went there again.I spent almost R30000 at the same shop.and the last item I wanted was fencing for fouls .I asked for the strongest at the best price.I trusted the sales person and made the coop.The fencing was so bad that my dog could easily get into the coop and killed one of my geese.I was able to break the wire easily so I asked them to refund me partly because I did not recieve the correct fencing. I had to buy fencing and the people who did the job had to do the whole coop again.They refused to even say they are sorry and ignored my phone calls.
