Poor custpmer service

On Saturday 19 September 2015 I was at DIY superstore in Bloemfontein I purchased four (4) 5L and one (1) 20L of paints which was loaded in a trolley by staff members, when I was busy loading the items in my car at the parking area one 5L got opened while I was holding it with my two hands and it split all over in back seat of my car. I went and reported the incident to Cobus Louw (manager) who was rude and didn't want to listen to anything what I was saying, telling me that it is my responsibility to check the paints are properly closed. He didn't want to replace the opened paint and he didn't want to take accountability of what happened which upset me especially his negative attitude. <br> <br>
