Bad experience

Today I had a really bad experience with this shop and their manager Ben. Went there to buy a hummer and in that section I came across with the one I needed with an affordable price. Went to the till to go pay I get there and the price was different from what's on the shelf. On the shelf the hummer cost R104.00 and on the till was R244. 90 now the manager came explained to him what we had seen as to the price... He told me that he will rather sell it for R190. 00 and not the R104 that was on the shelf. I refused and said to him I wi only buy it for the amount that was on the shelf not more then that.. This guy Ben the manager went on and told me that I must decide cause now I'm taking his time he needs to sort his other customers out.

I have worked for retail before and you sell to the client for the price they saw... That's it.. It's not the customer's fault that they put a wrong price there..

I walked out that shop without a hummer but a full box of bad attitude from this manager..
