Bad after sales service

Bad after sales service. I raised my concern about a delivery that was made where there were a number of bricks broken and damaged from the pallet. The response and attitude was cold to the effect that "I don't care". When I told Anita about my experience with other companies where they always bring along sufficient replacements to make up for damages, her response was "Well I'm not other companies". I then took this up with yard manager, Basson, and he through his hand up in an fowl attitude saying "just go and get your bricks ". After having spent tens of millions recently at this place I'm appalled at their careless behavior and attitude.
