unproffesional service at diy lockss

on saturday I went to DIY locks wholesalers. the service and attitude was so unproffessional and rude the minute I walked in. They also asked for my remote when I enquired about the remotes on the shelves. I quickly said no. as it was not acceptable. Very unsafe. This is so unpleasant to be treated like this.
