Useless and liquidated

We ordered and paid for an ante-nuptial contract in October 2020 and received a notarized contract back, but when we wanted to purchase a property this year we learnt the contract was never submitted to the deeds office and we had been married in community of property.

We have since learnt the lawyer who was supposed to submit our contract never did so (along with several other ANCs) and **********ly claimed that he did. The company has now been liquidated and we are trying to claim back funds from the liquidators but the website is still live - don't use them.
