Stunningly good service!

It's been a while since we've seen such good service. I was SO SO afraid to use a company I have not heard of before. In today's online market it is unbearably easy to become a victim of a **** as my parents can attest to. You can research all you want and still lose a hell of a lot of money due to a ********** website and ****** on the prowl for someone willing to take a chance on them. We looked up DIY Geek on Hello Peter and the reviews were all positive. But sometimes I can't help but wonder whether the employees themselves aren't writing reviews for companies, so it did not really comfort me all that much. We found the warehouse on Google Maps, but it had the name of another company on the building (not scary at all hey). My husband phone them and the owner was pretty helpful. He knew what was not in stock and what could be delivered immediately and he gave my husband peace of mind. However, it was only once I saw they traded on Takealot that I decided to take the plunge. I had to order 12 x 200 ah deep cycle batteries. This amounted to well over a hundred thousand rand, so you can imagine my trepidation. We ordered the batteries, paid them via EFT (as Payfast wanted over four thousand rand to complete the transaction on the website) and then we forwarded them the proof of payment and waited. They kept me up to date every step of the delivery process and I received the batteries in tip top shape within 3 days. I will recommend doing business with DIY Geek to anyone who asks. They are a legitimate business and you get what you pay for. Thank you very much for your service.
