People come and go in this business but things never change no diversity - service is ****! - no sort of compassion for customers - attitude on the phone recieved - you ask them a question they wont answer - ask them for help and you will get a slam shut door in your face thats how negative these guys are no sort of looking at your purchase history and saying ok this is our loyal customer and a regular one too - faulty 3d printer till today no help asked someone to call so that i can explain better but not interested once they got your money its a stuff you sort of thing - even delivered a R6000 printer to the wrong address no apology to date. if you ever need help from them urgently theres nobody or negative attitude and they will give multiple excuses on the phone spending 10 to 15 mins with not helping you where as it would take them under 3mins to solve my issue and make me happy as a client but till date no change i can mention peoples names there like a plague its not even funny - voice recordings you name it one day they boss must do a mystery call on them but listen on the background then he will understand when theres a spike in business. I guess one day is one day. Mantech electronics are absolute masters.
