Awful service

This company's after sales and consumer help sucks. You can only communicate with them by e-mail which makes a simple query a multi hour affair. With e-mail having to be sent back and forth to obtain a simple answer. They list a phone number but refuse to provide any assistance on that number. Stay clear of them if you dont want to become rotally frustrated. Sorry I bought from them.
