Poor customer service

I bought items and paid for them Saturday at DIY Superstore at Bethlehem Free state . I came later with transport and Ben didn't want to release the items as I was late by 5 minutes. I asked for my refund and went to buy at other store with other money as Ben said he will refund on Monday and I told him I am from Johannesburg and I don't stay in free state after I suggested myself to load staff which was rejected. Monday I am calling for my refund he tells me he needs invoice which he gave me and took other copy of purchase documentation. It was my 1st and my last time I buy there it really sux. I want my money not excuses
