Hilarious Service and Bad Attitude

I bought Glass and Tile bits at DIY in Blue Valley Mall , unfortunately I wanted 1 but had to buy whole packet of 5 because the one I was looking for was out of stock. When carpenter arrived found I bought the wrong one. Well I tried to return the drill bits at DIY the reeds in blue valley mall where I bought them. The manager refused I asked why she said I was suppose to return that in 7-14 days. The slip is silent the return policy is not written on the slip all she said was the system erased it. But that has nothing to do with me all I need is my refund the products were never used and there no policy saying that about the return. And I was never informed about that return policy.
